I’m Griffin Welch, a goalkeeper who has played at the D1, JUCO, and D2 levels and had to figure out recruiting without a clear system. Like most players, I was told to make a highlight video, email coaches, and trust the process — but no one explained how it actually works. A lot of it was trial and error, learning what actually matters by going through it.

Most goalkeepers are in that same position. You’re putting in the work, but you don’t know if what you’re doing is right. You send emails, post clips, and hope something sticks — but there’s no structure behind it. No real direction. Just guessing.
