2. Services Provided

Talisman GK offers goalkeeper training, recruiting consulting, digital media services, and access to a goalkeeper recruiting database.
Our services are delivered through in-person sessions, online resources, and digital content.

3. Payments

All payments for services and digital products are due at the time of purchase.
Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services and digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access or services have begun.

GK Database: Non-refundable once purchased, as access is granted immediately.
Recruiting Plans: Non-refundable once onboarding has started.
1-on-1 Training / Group Training / Branding / Photoshoots / Filmed Sessions: Non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for reschedule or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, videos, and training materials — is the property of Talisman GK and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

While we provide high-quality training and recruiting services, we do not guarantee any specific athletic, academic, or recruiting outcomes.
Results depend on individual effort, skill level, and external factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Talisman GK is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred through participation in training sessions or use of our services.
Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and safety.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
